Finding a Local Real Estate Agent

I know how hard it can be to find a good Real Estate Agent, but Clicksmart.com has just made it easier for locating one in your area as well as many other professions. I took a good look at their site and was impressed. For instance , if I wanted to go look for a miami realtor, I would simply have to go to the site and input Miami, Florida as where I lived and choose to search for Real Estate Agents. This site also has categories for many other professions including contractors and florists. I can see this site as being useful enough to bookmark. Now go check it out.

More Ways To Earn Money Online

I was browsing this next blog, My GPT Money Blog and I started seeing lots of posts about ways to make money online using sources I have never heard of. Many of them sound as if they could really be good so I decided I had to share them with my readers however I don't feel it would be right for me to just throw out the links when all credit for these finds I owe to the above named blog. Instead I choose to just point my readers in the right direction, the links are there along with some incredible information about each of them so be sure and stop into My GPT Money Blog and remember to drop a comment while there. As a matter of fact, feel free to drop comments here as long as they pertain to either the blog reviewed or any additional information you can give concerning any of the ways mentioned there to earn money online. Until next time, remember to visit often, I do follow comments to their source.

Quality Business Cards at Great Prices

When I first started my own business a little under two years ago, I knew I would need to carefully market my company to our clients. I also knew that first impressions count so not only did I make sure I knew in advance what I would be saying to prospective customers when I approached them for the first time, I also made sure that everything about me screamed professional. It had to show from the way I dressed all the way down to the quality my business card design.

It was for that very reason that I began to check out having quality business cards printed. I shopped around too, I am very particular in what I want and was not about to settle for anything less. In the end I chose VistaPrint to handle my Business card printing for a couple of reasons. Most of all it was due to the supreme quality of card I would be receiving for such a low price. Since that day I have ordered various other products from VistaPrint. Everything from company pens to my company letterhead.

At Vistaprint there are a host of additional products to help any business, small or large. I know I myself am a satisfied customer and will continue to order from them in the future. Anyone interested in ordering their own business card should check out VistaPrint and remember by entering the coupon code BizCard08 you will receive 50% Off Business Cards.

Another Great Blog

I just finished looking over Ready To Be Rich and once again I felt that this blog deserved to be broadcast to the blogosphere. I especially enjoyed reading the post about The Law of Attraction as I myself am a firm believer in it. That is a post that anyone in the world, blogger or not could learn from. I'm sure that many of my readers may say that its all a bunch of mumbo jumbo but I have seen what it can do and I will continue to believe in it. As for this blog, as a whole it is outstanding and has some really great posts to help you financially. Go check it out.

Photo Blog

True to my word, I have begun to pull sites from my Top Spots list on my other blog for reviewing. I felt it was a nice way to show some support for those that have supported me by donating. I will still be providing reviews to any blog or site that catches my attention however I will be beginning my search for such sites at the Top Spots list prior to starting a random stumble.

The first site pulled from my Top Spots list is rather simple in design, the posts over at Pix are pretty much wordless however what you will find there are some really awesome photographs and as they say "A picture is worth a thousand words." I found this level of photography outstanding of course I am the guy that has probably 20 pictures of my thumb for every 1 picture of my children.

I really did enjoy the latest photograph of the airplanes wing and found the colors to be amazing, I'm sure that we will continue to see some excellent shots being taken by the photographer and I look forward to checking them out. If photography is your thing you should too.

Make Money Online

I have once again reached over into the sidebar and grabbed a random blog from my list of recent visitors to review. BrilliantJENI.com is a really great blog to go check out. The layout is rather simple and the posts are excellent. The blog theme is of course making money online and the site admin does a great job of posting useful articles and videos to help any aspiring blogger learn a few new things about the subject. One thing I did find on this blog that impressed me was that if you click on the monetize tab, you get taken straight to a rather long list of links to sites that will pay you as an advertiser. Using this list, almost anyone should be able to find a way to turn a profit from their blog. Anyway, why not go over there now and check it out and remember to visit here often, yours could be the blog I visit next.

How Much Money Is Too Much Money?

Instead of posting a blog review, I wanted to direct readers to the answer to one of life's important questions. How Much Money Is Too Much Money? If you think the answer is a number beyond grasping, think again. It is actually a lot lower than you may realize. I urge my readers to read the post I have linked to so that you too will know the answer.

The Checks In The Mail Syndrome

I am sick today so I decided since I don't feel well enough to be a productive member of society, I may as well blog. My newest review will be of the blog Lost In The Words which I found simply by looking over my recent visitors. The posts are all very well written and a pretty good way to pass the time, reading them that is. One post in particular caught my attention. It is How Long Is Too Long and discusses the times a business owner will run into that rare client that just doesn't seem to want to pay as agreed. I myself have been there with my own business and can relate fully to "the checks in the mail" syndrome. Go check this blog out and remember to visit here often, there is no telling when or who I will visit next.

ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US!!!

This one is for all the Gamers out there that are tired of reading very biased and obviously paid for game reviews. You all know the ones I'm talking about, the game pulls a near perfect score, you rush out to buy it, and only after spending your hard earned money do you discover the game just sucks. At All Your Base Game Reviews you can be assured you are getting the straight scoop from a fellow gamer. Thats who should be giving game reviews anyway, the average gamer is so much more qualified to do the job than someone working for a corporation engaged in exchanging review points for a higher score. This blog even has a forums for it's users to join and discuss their favorite games for the various consoles. I have personally been watching for this site to go live and now that it has I would encourage all truly hardcore Gamers to run, don't walk, on over and sign up for your free forum account. Help this community grow and send a message to all the paid for game review sites that enough is enough and with games costing what they do nowadays, it's time to be honest or lose traffic. Want a certain game reviewed before you rush out and buy it? Contact AYB and request it, I am sure the site admin will do all in his power to oblige.

Do Politicians Lie?

Although I try to avoid talking politics, I have been asked to review kevincolby.com . This blog is very well written and offers insight into a lot of issues that my readers may want to check out. I admit that I read a few of the posts and actually learned some things I would have never heard about watching the news so I have to say that it holds value as a place to learn more. I do not take sides in politics myself as I view most politicians as liars that will say and do whatever it takes to line their own pockets and damn what the people want. To me , there is absolutely no difference between a Democrat, a Republican, or an Independent other than what issues they have chosen to lie about. Still many of these issues in the posts I read were things that affect us daily so I would recommend reading this blog even if the powers that be will still continue to do as they wish.

Computer Memory and Accessories

I just wanted to stop in and mention a great site for anyone that is interested in keeping their computers running smoothly. At 4allmemory.com you can buy new memory to speed up your system allowing multi-tasking to be less of a hassle. They also offer a nice variety of computer accessories such as USB drives, sound cards, monitors, and software so before you run out and pay more elsewhere, stop in and see if they have what you need at a lower price.

Law of Attraction - Does It Work?

I am often looking into business oriented blogs due to myself being a small business owner. Today I found Home Business and Personal Development and I must say I really like the message it is sending out to it's readers, and that is that you control your destiny. People may scoff at the ideas presented in "The Secret" however I don't, I have seen firsthand what learning to think positive can do for you. I have learned to set goals and how to project what I want into becoming a reality. I have learned how not to let negative thoughts control my universe but instead to use positive thoughts to provide a better life for myself and a better future for my children. I control my destiny. Check out this blog even if you have no plans of ever starting your own business, the simple things you can take away from it are amazing and once you learn to use them, you may find out just how simple it is to really make all your dreams come true.

A Special Request To The Blogosphere

First of all, I'm not the type of person to try and push any religion on anyone. I have my beliefs, you have yours and I respect your right to hold a different belief than I do. Now, on to something I want you to do. As I was hopping around the blogosphere this Fathers Days, I came upon Security For Idiots and a post about a teacher named Eddie. Eddie has been in an accident that has left him in a comatose state. The site admin at SFI has asked everyone to keep Eddie in their thoughts and send him positive energy in hopes of him being able to recover. I know from reading many of your blogs that you are all decent people so I now want to ask of you the same thing, as you sit there reading this, take just a moment and send a prayer out to whatever God you choose to pray to that Eddie will make a full recovery for his family.

Thank You and Happy Fathers Days !

New Reviews and Sexy Women

After what seems like forever I am back to review a few sites. I have been busy working and have to apologize for allowing this blog to become so ignored these last few weeks,I can't promise it won't happen again however I do promise to try to post at least a few new reviews a week. Anyway, tonights lucky site is Hot Asian Girls and was picked at random just because I knew my readers would like something sexy to look at. To be honest, although these women are sexy, they are really not my type at all and I do not mean that in any sort of racist way so please do not comment stupidly. I already have the perfect female in my life, she keeps me laughing and in check whenever I start acting like I should be sent to the moon until I regrow a brain. Still this site is not about me, it's about helping you, the reader find other blogs of interest to you so if you are into Hot Sexy Asian Women, go check them out.

Live Debt Free

Zen Habits is a blog I recently found while Stumbling and right off the bat I found myself reading and enjoying 73 Great Debt Elimination Tips. While I do not sanction each and every one of the 73, there are some very useful tips provided for anyone that is striving to become debt free. As for #7, while it may be necessary for some people to actually cut up their credit cards in order to resist the urge to overspend, credit cards can be a powerful tool to becoming debt free and financially secure when used correctly. Lack of maintaining revolving credit lines in good standing will actually lower your FICO score, which will have an overall affect on your ability to purchase a home or even get some jobs. Still, this post is an overall great find worth reading as long as you know that to become debt free is more about taking control of your spending habits than anything else. Of the 73, another tip that comes to mind is #12. A simple board game played by your entire family can provide countless hours of entertainment with a one time price.

Are Rental Properties Passive Income?

Anyone out there that think being an owner of rental properties is a good way to make some passive income should head over to moneykings blog. I have been reading it for quite some time. I especially enjoy reading the Real Estate Profits And Losses series. As a business owner that provides workers to repair properties that are in between tenants, I get to see first hand how not passive the rental business really is. I actually had one property that my crew nicknamed the Hell House due to the extent of damage the previous tenant had left the house in. Don't get me wrong though, I love each and every one of these tenants the property owner has come to despise and as I watch my bank balance rise, I appreciate them even more.

You Will Never Be Forgotten

I want to start this post by apologizing to all my readers that have asked for reviews. Life has been pretty hectic lately for me as anyone that follows my other blog,Entrepreneur Life, probably already knows. Sometimes life finds a way of forcing us to take breaks from what is important to us even when we would rather not. New reviews will be posted soon, maybe as early as tomorrow night. I just want to make sure you know that just because you haven't heard from me does not mean that I have forgotten you and when things return to normal, I promise you will find it well worth the wait, of that I am 1111% sure.

Cathara22

Cathara22 is a blog I found through entrecard and one I truly enjoy reading, if you haven't had the pleasure of finding this blog yourself yet, you should seriously consider hopping on over and enjoying some really good posts. The writing style is unique and the posts range in topics from contest giveaways to the Presidential campaign. If you are an entrecard user be sure to drop your card when you visit Cathara22 as she is good about following.

Troy and Nicole

This next blog was a joy to read as it is about as far away from the normal topics I am asked to review as possible. This blog is about family, a mother, father, and their 2 adorable sons. Troy and Nicole have a blog that just works. It is full of pictures that when you really think about it, portray them as almost any family in America. It is refreshing to see a family that is so close, especially in the world we live in today. To me, this blog represents hope. Hope that there are actually more functional families like this out there now that dysfunctional has become the norm. If I could offer one piece of advice to Troy and Nicole, it would not even pertain to their blog, but instead to life and that would be to cherish every moment with their children, they grow up fast...but then again from what I see, I don't really think neither Troy or Nicole need reminding of this. Job Well Done Guys!

athoughtfulday is a blog I have just finished looking over and found rather interesting as far as my enquiring mind would let me. That is to say, it is a blog in the celebrity niche and as good as the blog and writing style of the site admin is, that is just a niche I find very hard to relate to. Thats not to say I don't think the blog is good, I do. It is very well written, informative, current in it's postings and I am sure there are many people that would love to read it, perhaps a few of you even. It is just not my cup of tea. Still, this isn't about me or my likes, it is about a blog that deserves to be seen and read and as far as that goes, it fits all criteria of what you, my readers, may find interesting.

Short Stories and Poems

Whether you enjoy reading poetry or just short stories, FreedomnWriters is sure to grab your attention. The blog layout is amazingly simple and not cluttered with ads and although this blog is not very old by blogosphere standards, it is worth checking out. Be sure to stop in, enjoy the read, and tell them I sent you.

Relationship Advice Anyone?

I was just reading 10 Ways To Be A Good Husband over at this blog and I think the advice was really good. Don't worry if you are a female blogger though, this is 2008 and all of these rules can be reversed to pertain to being a good wife as well. This blog is a good read and full of relationship advice, not that I personally think I need any, I guess that would depend on whether you were to ask my wife or my girlfriend. Seriously though, as if I wasn't being serious before (was I?), go check out the link I provided and that goes for you non married people as well, someday this advice may prove helpful to you.

New Posts Coming Soon

I want to take a brief moment to apologize to my readers for the lack of new posts and reviews, My business has really gotten busy and I have been struggling to find the time to post. Hopefully I can use this weekend to get caught up and post a few new blog reviews so if you have submitted your request, I have not forgotten and you can expect to see your review as soon as possible.

OK : Now I'm Just Hungry

As I was looking for a blog to review tonight I decided to check out some of the blog requests I have been getting, and trust me, if you have submitted a request and I have not gotten to you yet, I will. Anyway, I jumped over to Let's Keep Cookin' and was delighted to find more than one recipe that I just have to try out. This blog is neat in appearance and loads well in both firefox and IE browsers, it has a lot of pics of the prepared foods so you know what they should look like when done. All in all, I have to give this blog my approval and recommendation. Now, I am off to find something to eat since I obviously can not cook anything that even looks half as good as whats pictured in this blog.

Clickbooth and You

For the first time tonight, I heard of http://www.clickbooth.com and felt the need to share everything I could about this great site with my readers in the blogosphere. Joining the Clickbooth Affiliate Network is as easy and as smart a decision any blogger could ever make concerning how to monetize their blog. The whole process is so easy it actually takes just a few moments. Clickbooth prides itself in taking online marketing to a level above the competition and helps both the advertiser as well as the publisher see increased earnings. Advertisers are also promised an increase in quality traffic and less hit and run bounced traffic as seen with some of the more well known affiliate marketers out. Publishers are better matched for the services they promote as well so there is an increase of not only traffic being sent from their sites to the advertisers, but that traffic is more likely to purchase the product or service being promoted. The Clickbooth Affiliate Network seems to be a better all around solution in online advertising for both the advertiser as well as the publisher. Publishers are even offered a special referral program where they can earn additional money simply by getting other users to join the program. All in all, I would say Clickbooth looks rather good and worth checking into by anyone wishing to monetize their site.

How To Get Your Free Blog Reviews

Any reader that wishes a free blog review need only post a request for one in the comments section of my most recent post. I would like to say that it may take a few weeks to see your review posted based on not only how many replies there are but also on my ability to blog more some days than others. I do own a small business that occupies a large portion of my time. I will not review any site that is not written in English nor will I review any site that posts adult content.

Something for the Law Enforcement Bloggers

I just came across 5.11 gear and was just amazed at the gear that is available online for the law enforcement persons. Half this gear looks like it is straight out of a Hollywood Swat movie. I imagine that there are also a lot of military members that would find this site extremely useful as well. I wish I had half of this gear when I served in the Marines.

Small Business Information

Over at Small Business Brief I have read many interesting posts by their community members. This is a site any business owner should check out, there is useful information there for those with brick and mortar stores as well as those that deal only online. I have bookmarked it for myself and highly recommend it.

Quality Work Boots

If you work as hard as I do ( my business deals with construction), you find out just how good your work boots are. This is the one area where I will be the first to say that you pay for what you get and when it comes to durability as well as comfort, you just can't be frugal and expect quality. There are some really great work boots over at Work Boot USA. Check them out before you buy your next pair.

From Game Reviews to Downloads

I am really impressed with this next blog, GameSMS has something for every gamer out there. From game reviews to actual downloads, this blog has gone above and beyond in entertaining. It is professional in appearance and has all the bells and whistles attached. I have bookmarked it and will be checking back often as new games are released. If you are a gamer, whether console or PC, you should check out GameSMS .

My $50 Cash Giveaway

Instead of a site review, I want to take this post and direct readers to the contest I am holding on my other blog, Entrepreneur Life. I will be giving away $50 to the winner via paypal and want to insure that as many readers as possible enter. While there have been a few entries already, the contest does continue up to noon on May 19th so everyone has plenty of time to get their entries in. I look forward to reading your entries and even if you don't happen to be the lucky winner, I may decide to review your site anyway so head on over and get your entry in. You have nothing to lose and $50 to gain.

Business Ideas

I just Stumbled Upon a rather interesting blog for want to be entrepreneurs. It is the Free Idea Bank and it lists many many money making ideas. Some are rather useful while others are borderline crazy but all in all it is a good read. Many of these ideas make sense yet some are so off the wall they will leave you scratching your head in amazement that anyone would ever attempt to try them. I encourage anyone with time on their hands or a lot of capital to invest to go check it out.

Movie Reviews

Are you trying to decide if you should spend your hard earned money on any of the latest movies to hit the screen? If so you should check out SizzlingPopcorn first. This blog is very nice and handles the movie review niche great. Readers can get a point of view that is not being paid for by Hollywood and then decide if a movie is really worth the money, not to mention the time. The blog is even separated into the different genres so you won't have to trudge through a lot of horror reviews if all you really want to find is that new comedy. My personal opinion is this blog was well thought out and designed even better.

Mother's Day Approaching

I'm sure we all know that mother’s day is approaching fast, at least those of us with a calendar do and I want to take a few minutes to encourage every blogger that reads this to really put some thought into it this year. I myself have plans to take my mother out to her favorite restaurant and let her order the biggest steak on the menu. This is after all the woman that gave birth to me, changed me, fed me, made sure I grew up knowing right from wrong and went to bed on time. This is also the woman that endured countless sleepless nights when I was a U.S. Marine tasked with invading Panama and freeing Kuwaitt. My mother is the only person that to this day can say whatever she wants to me and not get any back talk. I'm sure most of us feel the same so why not spend some time really making this mother's day special for the only mother you will ever have? 1800flowers.com is having a "Celebrate Mom For Who She Is Contest" and I urge you all to check it out. Whether you live next door to your mother or many states away, 1800flowers.com is a great way to show mom how much she means to you. It doesn't even have to be Mother's Day to show mom you care about her.

Thinking Outside the Box

I was just reading an interesting post on Zen Problog about thinking outside the box and how hard it actually is to achieve new ideas that are actually considered outside the box. He discusses how most ideas are simply built upon someone else's previous idea and I would have to agree for the most part. We all borrow ideas from time to time from another person and add a new twist to it to make it our own. The post is really very good reading and I encourage you to go check it out.

What Martha Stewart Is Up To Now

We all remember Martha Stewart from her wide line of products that kept K-Mart afloat for so many years. We even remember her from her television appearances on her own show and we all know that when it comes to decorating your home, almost nobody does it better. She can have your bathroom color coordinated faster than you can say faux finish. So what has Mrs. Stewart been up to lately? You can bet it's not sitting on her butt waiting for something to happen, she has been out and about and making things happen. This was all brought to the forefront of my knowledge when I saw martha stewart flowers . These beautiful flower and plant arrangements can be found exclusively at http://www.1800flowers.com/marthastewart and are every bit as nice as any pillow case she has ever designed. If you are looking to spruce up your own home for Spring and just don't want to spend hours in the garden trying to grow and then later hours more trying to arrange them, why not go with an expert that has proven herself time and time again? I know where I would be shopping if I were in the market for a nice flower arrangement. Do You?

The Secret Meets a New Earth

I'm quite sure most of us have heard of "The Secret". I have even blogged about it before but for those that have not heard of it, it is really quite simple. Based on the belief that the universe and all matter in it are nothing more than energy, good and bad, you get back what you put out. Negative energy begets negative energy so bad energy brings bad things into your life. Good energy brings about good things, sounds a lot like Karma. There is also another philosophy known as "A New Earth." It deals more with losing ones ego and realizing the world does not revolve around your self. One of these philosophies is supposed to lead us to material happiness the other to spiritual happiness. Now there is a bridging of these two philosophies known as The Sedona Method. I have not ordered their 4 courses but do know that you can get all 4 for the price of one right now. You can also receive a Free DVD and CD that explains how The Sedona Method is the bridge between The Secret and the Law of Attraction . If these two theories prove to be true, you can now learn to have everything except for an ego. That sounds almost to good to be true but think of the possibilities if it is.

Retirement and You

I was just checking out blognbutter.com, a site dedicated to helping you prepare for your future. This site has many useful tips on retirement and lets face it, some day, whether we are 22 now or 52, we will all be retired. The time to start planning for it is yesterday. Either that or start looking for the fountain of youth. I think everyone, men and women alike, should check out this blog.

Custom Visa Gift Cards for Your Company

We have all seen the visa gift card that has some corporate logo emblazoned on it and it the past, only very large corporations were allowed the honor of custom gift cards. That , as I said, is all in the past. Now any business can design their own custom visa gift card for their friends and employees to use. How great is that?

Now That's Funny, I Don't Care Who You Are !

I just spent the last half hour reading the writings over at Predator Press and I swear this has to be one of the funniest blogs I have read in a long time. My annoying wife just kept staring at me as I actually fell out my chair from laughing. I think she may be under the impression her plan to drive me crazy is actually working at this point. I don't want to give away what is so funny about this blog, that would be almost as bad as telling the punch line to a joke before a comedian finished it or like that guy in the movie theater that has to sit behind you and announce to his date whats about to happen before each part. Just do me a favor and go read it, then return here and tell me it was funny so I know for a fact it was and my wifes evil plotting to drive me crazy isn't the real reason I can't quit laughing.

My Wife Annoys Me

I normally don't read relationship advice blogs but over at It Might Be Love, the posts are really very interesting and have more than a little great advice flowing out of them. For instance, I have always viewed my wife's calling me to come kill a spider as some sort of bizarre fascination she has with annoying me, I'm still not sure she isn't plotting on me, but I have learned how the simple act of killing that spider can make me a hero in her eyes, even if for only a moment. I think I will be reading more of these posts so that I can make my next wife happier, if I survive the one I have now. Seriously people, this blog is good, go check it out.

Entrecard Advice for Getting More Drops

As I have recently started testing Entrecard on my other blog, I was glad to find some very helpful tips for using it correctly over at ulupongdotcom. This blog is a must read for all entrecard users. The site looks very nice and I like the templates color scheme. The posts all seem informative in some aspect for new bloggers. I will be bookmarking this site as a place for me to check back often as the posts are very well structured and well written.

Another Great Review Site!

Last night I came across a really great site for anyone looking to read reviews of blogs and other sites. It is Pro-Blog Reviews and it is awesome. Dwayne, the site admin, is very good at what he does, his site looks professional and is in tune with the blogosphere. It was strange at first finding a site with such a similar URL however Dwayne and I have both enjoyed a good laugh about it and there is no animosity between us. I am in fact glad that Dwayne is the person with that site as I really enjoy reading his posts. I would be the first to admit, I like his site template better than my own as well. I wish him nothing but continued success and judging from what I have seen so far, that should be no problem for him. Want good reading? Go Visit his blog now!

I Guess I Should Be Flattered ?

I was bouncing around looking for the next site to review when I came upon this. To say I was shocked would have been under stating the obvious. Should I be flattered ? I calmly left a comment for the owner, nothing impolite. In fact I actually wished him the best of luck in the niche. As I post this I am still kind of in shock. I would like to ask my readers how they would handle this situation.

Hawaiian Shirts and Apparel

Summer is approaching fast and if you live near the beach like I do then you know there is a lot of fun to be had in the sand. From beach volleyball to surfing to just taking a boat ride with that special woman in your life and maybe a midnight stroll along the beach just holding hands. waveshoppe.com offers a full line of clothing that is Hawaiian themed for these special times. For the men they offer Hawaiian shirts and for the women they have Hawaiian sarongs. Their inventory also includes a wide variety of Hawaiian dresses, muumuu, leis and fabrics. Loan Services

Since the real estate market has begun to suffer in almost all U.S. cities,it has become very common to see page after page of foreclosures listed in the local newspaper. I'm not really sure how this has all transformed into the financial escapade that it has but I do believe many of these people could probably qualify for refinancing of their mortgages. This is not a solution for all and may not be a viable long term solution for many however it would be looking into for me if I were facing losing my home.http://www.loannetwork.com/mortgage-refinance.html is a good site for checking out if you are looking to refinance your mortgage. There are many reasons for homeowners to consider using this service, some use it to save money and in many cases are able to drop their monthly payments to a more affordable number, others use it as a way to pay for necessary repairs to their home, and still others use this site for their debt consolidation services. Whatever the reason you need a loan for, check them out and see if they can help.

Debt Reduction

I was just checking out Debt Reduction Formula as one of my own goals is to become debt free. I know I share this same goal with many in the blogosphere so I wanted to pass along a site that was worthy. You won't find someone that is already debt free there telling you about how much their saving now and how life is so much better, instead you will find someone as deep in debt as the rest of us and maybe even a little deeper and you will be able to track his progress as you try to eliminate debt from your own life. This blog is very nice, visit it.

Ways To Earn Money Online

I think the goal of almost every blogger is to earn some money doing what they do. This leads us to plaster our blogs with affiliate ads, to allow Google to place more ads as we hope that we earn more than a few pennies each day, then there are the annoying Kontera links that always just bugged me, I tend to leave those sites as fast as my little browser will carry me. We have Pay Per Post and ReviewMe. There is InBox Dollars and Treasure Trooper and thats just scratching the surface. Out of all the possible ways to earn cash online I would say that Pay Per Post, ReviewMe, and Treasure Trooper are among my favorite and the ones that bring me the most money each month. If there are any that are better I haven't found them yet but would welcome advice from some of you that have been around the blogosphere longer. If you post a comment giving me a referral link and I join I will be sure to sign up under your link but please only do so if you are actually making money from the site you're promoting.

Explore a Co-Op Education at Kettering University

I don't know how many of you have ever heard of Kettering University but I did tonight, actually it was through Kettering Stickman Videos that I heard of them at all. After watching several of these videos on YouTube I decided to learn more about this Kettering University and their Co-Op education program. I was not disappointed and have even called my nephew up to pass the word on to him so that he would consider getting his degree in mechanical engineering from there instead of that school he was considering out West, I will not name it as this post is not in any way an endorsement for them. Kettering University is ranked among US News Best Colleges, and US News and World Report has ranked Kettering University as "the #1 University in the nation for Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering" in it's "Americas Best College Guide for 2008". Kettering University is the home of Stickman as I mentioned before and of all the Stickman videos I liked them all however "School Daze Episode 1" was pretty good at explaining more about what to expect from Kettering. Check out the video yourself and if you or anyone you know is graduating this year, it may be worth passing the link on to them. Maybe you will be the reason they actually earned money while getting their degree instead of going deep in debt doing it.

Drug Addiction and It's Treatment

I was watching some show on television last night about intervention and how these young people, addicted to drugs and alcohol, are sometimes in and out of drug treatment facilities . It eventually reaches a point where family and friends provide an intervention as they see it as a final attempt at saving the addicts life. It is sad to see anyone, especially young people, making such self destructive choices in life as friends and family can do nothing more than sit back and watch. What is even sadder is the number of times these people find themselves inside of drug treatment facilities only to be released and relapse back into their self destructive lifestyles. There is hope though, it is a Drug Rehab facility located in North Palm Beach, Florida and specializing in holistic treatment of addicts, not just drug addicts either. They are set up to treat alcoholics, sex addicts, gambling addicts, eating disorders, compulsive disorders that are harmful, as well as just about every known drug addiction. Care has a high success rate in breaking the addiction to the point of not relapsing and they even offer family treatment so that those affected most by the addicts behavior can have a chance at returning their lives to the point of pre-addiction. If you are an addict or know someone going through an addiction, I urge you to visit the link I provided and see what Care can do for you or them today.

IZEARanks

After Google decided to punish me for having sponsored posts on this site, I was at first worried. That worry has now completely turned into indifference as I began to focus on Real Rank. I had not even known of Real Rank prior to the Google smack down but after several bloggers commented to me that it was a more fair system of ranking blogs throughout the blogosphere I decided it was time for me to focus my energies on finding out any and all information I could on it. I became increasingly curious as to what my own Real Rank was and how I could improve it and even how I stood up against the likes of bloggers such as John Chow and Darren Rowse.

Today I want to discuss IZEARanks and how it can help you monitor your blog rank. It is extremely easy to use and only requires installing a simple code that allows tracking of your blogs traffic. Through this I have learned that my Real Rank average for the week is 5,643 and my Real Rank average for today is 2,008. Next I wanted to see how I stood up to the greats so I checked on Darren Rowse first and was unable to find any information in the database for his blog so I decided maybe he was a little too famous. As I proceeded to check out IZEARanks more, I found that it can also tell you how many page views and unique visitors your site has gotten in terms of the week, the month, the last three months, the last six months, and even the last year so that you can more accurately track the strong periods of your blog. You can even find some other rather interesting blogs at the site to check out which is always important to me as this very site is built around the discovery of new and interesting reading in the blogosphere.

I would encourage everyone that has ever considered Google's Page Ranking system as more than a little biased to check out IZEARanks .

Flipping Homes For Profit

I came across fliprent today and was immediately drawn to it, as a watcher of Flip This House, I was glad to finally see someone blogging about what it's like to actually be doing that. I mean we all can sit back and watch what is shown on T.V. but that still leaves questions that are unanswered and for all we really know the whole thing could be scripted. I'm not sure I would want to ever attempt to flip a home for a profit based on what I saw on T.V. so it's really nice to be able to read posts and have the ability to comment or ask a question. This blog has some great pics of the work in progress and I will be subscribing to it's RSS feed as this truly interests me.

Uses For GPS Keep Expanding

My next post concerns GPS Tracking and many of it's possibilities and uses in todays high tech society. GPS stands for Global Positioning System and is used to determine precise location of a person, a vehicle, or any other object it is attached to. It is accurate to within 2.5 meters anywhere in the world and is used by people such as the military to plot courses of maneuvering troops to finding downed aircraft to helping Navy ships navigate in the open seas. Other civilian companies such as Lojack may team with car rental companies or automobile dealers to monitor the whereabouts of a vehicle that may be stolen. A company known as LandAirSea produces GPS and software that is compatible with Google Earth to help facilitate such tracking. The GPS tracking device itself is very small and is receiving signals constantly from 24 Department of Defense satellites in constant orbit around the Earth. GPS is even used in cell phones so that police may track a person that dials for help. Companies such as OnStar use it to be able to send emergency help to a driver after an accident and now even teenagers driving habits are being monitored by cautious parents. Able to tell driving location, driving speed, and time at a specific location, parents no longer have to worry about where their children are or that they are driving responsibly. The future may hold even more uses for this amazing device and if it does LandAirSea will be surely at the forefront of utilizing such technology.

The Secret

Many people have heard of The Secret and I myself have seen evidence of it at work. This next blog tries to better help you utilize The Secret of Unlimited Prosperity. The posts are both informative and interesting to anyone that wants to try out the laws of attraction for themselves. Is there enough sufficient evidence to prove beyond doubt that this works? I'll leave that to each of you as individuals to answer but as for myself, I believe it to the point of refusing to hold a conversation with someone I believe to be having negative thoughts. Maybe I'm overly cautious but it seems to be working as I have seen my business double in size and my financial status grow by leaps and bounds. It could just be coincidence however I am not taking chances. If you want to learn more, check out the blog for yourself.

Destroy Debt

Bloggers that want to get their financial life in order should check out Destroy Debt. I myself found it through a random Stumble as I find many of the blogs I review and was impressed with the quality of information provided in the posts. I will be subscribing to the RSS feed as I don't want to miss even a single post coming from this site. This blog is well designed and really worth checking out.

Best Online Casino

Alright, this next site is for all my European female readers that enjoy a good Online Casino Gambling experience. Pink Lady Casino is an online casino that is set up specifically for females as should be evident from not only the name but the landing page as well. I showed this site to my wife and she almost knocked me out of my computer chair in an effort to see more. It has been designed with flash to allow free play to females that would like to practice or just play for fun. The only thing my wife really hated which was no fault of the Pink Lady Casino was that regulations do not permit them to accept women from the United States or Canada at this time, although I'm sure that in some deep demented way I was extremely happy about that fact as I know my wife would have confiscated not only my chair but also my computer for an extended time each day. New games are being released for download monthly from this site. A list of upcoming games can be found at http://www.pinkladycasino.com/en/upcoming-games/ and from the looks of this, it is almost enough to make any man jealous. This site is perfect for any European women interested in playing slots, video poker, or lottery games and thats just scratching the surface of what it has to offer in the way of gambling entertainment.

Google Punishes ProBlogReviews

Well, as many of you may already see, Google has laid the smack down on ProBlogReviews by reducing my PR to 0. I guess I have become the next victim of PayPerPost syndrome, not that I care. I do more free site reviews than I have ever done paid and if the big machine known as Google doesn't take that into account then it is what it is. I will not remove Google Adsense from my site as others in my situation have done because quite frankly, I saw this coming. I am not the first nor will I be the last to take a drop in PR. Never mind that my traffic has actually tripled this last 3 months, which by the way says more to me than PR ever will. Never Mind that my Alexa Rank has went from 6 million to 346,987 in the same time frame. I can let that all go because if I let a PR drop worry me one bit then Google will have won and that is something I refuse to allow.

The Hidden Beauty That is Israel

This next blog was very refreshing and pointed out a view of Israel that most Americans never see. We watch the news and we see fighting but few consider that amongst all this fighting is a country rich in history dating all the way back to Biblical days. Isragirl does an amazing job showing us the side of Israel we never get to see. I would urge anyone to read her posts and maybe learn a little more than what is shown on television about one of America's longest standing allies. While I never got to see Israel in person, I have had many Marine friends tell me of it's beauty, their words are backed up further by the pictures Isragirl has posted. This blog is worth a read to anyone that wants to see past the evening news.

Inline Skates

Whether you are into Snowboarding, Wake boarding, Inline Skates, or just plain surfing, let Modern Skate be your supplier of choice. They have many fine products for whatever your sport of choice is and the best name brands at amazing prices so before you rush out anyplace else to purchase some new K2 inline skates , check them out first. You may just find that the deal you get is better than if you had shopped at your local store. People living in Michigan can choose to either order online or visit one of their four locations. If you are located in one of the 48 Continental United States you are also offered free shipping on orders that total more than $49 and as long as you don't live in Michigan, you pay no sales tax. Don't take my word for it though, head on over and check out their merchandise and prices for yourself.

Importance of Your Landing Page

I just came in from work and clicked on my stumble button embedded in my browser and landed on TysBlog.com, I glanced over it rather quickly like I will sometimes do when I land on a page for the first time before realizing, this was a blog I would actually take time to read. It is full of some good SEO advice and overall the site design is great. The posts are very well written and there is something on this blog for just about everyone. I knew within a few moments I would be reviewing it. That brings me to a question I was recently asked, "Do you review all blogs?" I would like to say that I do however that would be a lie, a blog has to catch my attention in the first few seconds or I, like many of you, will simply hit the back button and move on. I also do not review any blog that is not written in English, quite simply, even if I did speak Mandarin Chinese enough to do so, most of my readers would not and any review I gave would be of no use to them. If you aren't getting the traffic you would like, maybe you should ask a non biased person for their opinion of your landing page. You may find out that the black background with red text you thought looked so good, is turning others off.

Live Below Your Means

I would like to discuss thrifty living with my readers now as it can be a major contributor to becoming debt free forever. First, creating a spreadsheet that pinpoints where your money is going is important and once you know that you can begin to focus on ways to cut down on expenses, I like to call this debt strategy as you are essentially developing your system for how you plan to become debt free. Some ways you can save money include:

1. Cook a large meal and eat left overs several times during the week instead of eating out.
2. Keep your car tuned up and tire pressure checked as a way to save gas.
3. Take shorter showers
4. Turn off lights when you leave a room.
5. Adding a brick to the reservoir of your toilet displaces water and can save money in the long run.
6. Ride a bike to anyplace you can get to thats nearby instead of taking your car.
7. Pay off your credit cards and do not reuse them.
8. Carpool to work or take public transportation
9. Shop thrift stores or yard sales for deals
10. Buy generic brands when you grocery shop.

There are ten ways to live a more thrifty lifestyle off the top of my head. What other ways can you think of?

New Texas Hold-Em Tips and Tricks Site Launches

This one is for all you Poker players out there. Texas Hold-Em Tips and Tricks is officially live and judging from what I have seen so far, I would say this site is going places. I myself am not a big poker player as I prefer to not risk my money, however if I were going to I would approach it as I do everything else in my life and learn all I could about it prior to sitting down and placing my first chip in the pot. This site is where I would go to research everything from when to hold-em to when to fold-em and even how to deal. The overall site design is excellent and easy to navigate and the forums seem to be filling up with knowledgeable people to answer your questions. I have seen a few other sites like it but none that caught my interest from start to finish. Now all you Poker players head on over and see if you can improve your game through a little research.

Animal Cruelty

The only time most of us even think of animal cruelty is when we see some celebrity sports star arrested for illegal dog fighting but animal cruelty does not begin or end there. Paws4Life is a blog that focuses on bringing animal cruelty to light in hopes of helping the public become more aware. This is an ever growing problem that, as early as last year, even reached into the ranks of PETA when a few of their workers went to a shelter and adopted a lot of animals only to kill them and dump their bodies in a dumpster down the street. I myself am not some die hard save the animals type person, I do eat meat every meal, however I would not go out of my way to intentionally harm a dog or kitten, and I dislike cats. Still, just because I would not own one does not mean I don't recognize their right to life. This blog is worth looking at, especially for all the animal lovers.

Are You Getting the Best Deal on Your Insurance?

Before I started my business I had to do a lot of research. I had to research the competition, prospective clients, tax laws, prices of various products and tools I would be needing, rates other similar companies were charging,Commercial Insurance, and whether or not it was even possible to turn a profit based on the over all monthly costs for running it. While I learned it was possible I also learned I would still have to keep initial costs low or I could find myself joining the ranks of small businesses that die during their first year of operation. I started to do this by deciding I would not only be the company owner but until work picked up, I would also act as a laborer thus cutting payroll down by one worker. Next I used the internet to locate and buy my tools and products at the best prices possible. I learned tax laws so I could do my own accounting but my biggest money saver was when I shopped for insurance rates. I started comparing rates for the business at first and when I actually saw how much money I could save by not going with the same company I was currently using for my car insurance, I decided to revise my search to include all my insurance needs. Before I was done, I had successfully cut the operating cost for not only my business but for my household as well. My advice is to visit the link I have provided in this post and see if you're getting the best deal on your insurance needs.

Home Inspections Prior to Purchase...Are They Necessary?

There are times to save money and times when it is worth what you pay to get expert advice. One of these times is before purchasing a new home. A home inspection can help you identify many issues that you can later use as bargaining chips during price negotiations as well as stop you from spending too much money on something that turns out to be a money pit. SavingAdvice.com is a great place to read about why you should invest in letting a professional do your home inspection as well as many other money saving ideas. This site is as good as they come and I urge the blogosphere to give it a visit.

All About Mortgages

Readers that may be interested in getting a Mortgage Quote online should visit the link I have just provided you. It contains a whole treasure trove of posted articles concerning different types of mortgages as well as current lending habits of banks and investors. I personally never knew there were so many different kinds of mortgages and as I am not currently a homeowner I do see reason for me to be studying them all so that when the time comes for my first home purchase, I will be able to enter a discussion with my mortgage broker with at least half knowledge as to what he is talking about once he starts throwing out the big words. It would be completely asinine on my part to enter into such a huge decision without preparing myself first. I do not want to end up in foreclosure as so many people today are finding themselves. What used to be one page in the local paper dedicated to foreclosures has now turned into a complete section that makes the world news section look small in comparison. The news claims it is a buyers market and while that may be true, I still feel any buyer should do their homework when it comes to applying for and getting a mortgage. In the end, its your money on the line and you have only yourself to blame if you allow yourself to walk blindly into any situation when information to help you is so readily available.

Overworked And Underpaid

My brother and his girlfriend recently decided to open a bar / restaurant in our city and somehow it has landed in my lap to handle everything from finding the location to hiring contractors for the pre-opening renovation to ordering everything from the neon bar signs to Quality Bar Stools. I am even expected to help with the hiring process by pre-screening candidates. While I did manage to find them a great deal on bar stools from http://www.qualitybarstools.com , complete with free shipping if they order more than $500 worth, I still have so much to do it's starting to make my head swim a little. What I really liked most about this site though was the quality and variety of bar stools being offered. I can order them made from wood, metal, or aluminum and I can get them available for indoor or outdoor use depending on their final building layout. Now if I can just find the perfect location I can begin to look for qualified workers and then I can negotiate my fee for handling all of the above, I figure I should at least be able to get a few bar stools given to me for my basement sports room, either that or a pool table. No seriously, I will be joining them in ownership as a silent partner with 10% ownership in the bar so as long as they make money, I make money thus making all my hard work worthwhile.

Win $300

I just came across a great contest that is really easy to enter and wanted to share it with all my readers. Brand Noise is giving away $300 . Anyone with texting abilities can enter by simply texting the word beer to 247365 and answering just ten questions in a survey. That sounds pretty easy, huh? This is some kind of light beer promotion. I myself do not drink now but there was a time when I would partake on a daily basis. My favorite light beer was Bud Light even though my all time favorite beer was Corona. Corona , a slice of lime, and a few good friends was all I used to need to have a really great time. Over the years things began to change, I guess some people might say I grew up but I contribute more of my being alcohol free to the fact that I actually turned legal drinking age when I was stationed in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm, there is nothing in this world to prove Gods sense of humor like becoming legal in a dry country. This contest will be going on until Midnight on March 14th and you can look at the official rules by visiting the link I have provided above. For all that enter I would just like to say Good Luck and if you happen to win, don't spend all $300 on beer.

Everyone Deserves a Review

Just when you thought my posts had gotten boring, I have come across a blog unlike any I have ever read before and that alone warrants a review. First I would like to say that while I may not agree with the actions taken by another person 100% of the time, I do support their right to make such choices as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. I do not believe it is my place to ever judge anyone. Now, for those of you looking for a blog that really stands out as different, look no further than Longing to be a Woman and read about Kathryn, a (wo)man that spends his (her) time dressing and wanting to live as the opposite gender from which he was born. The blog template is simple in design, laid out nicely and the posts, while not my cup of tea, are well written. I am sure that there may be other bloggers out there going through similar situations and thats what this review is about, I will never discriminate when doing a review and I will always try to judge people on the way they treat me as a person versus what society believes to be right. If everyone could just look past petty differences, the world might even be a better place.

Dedicated Web Hosting

ServerPronto is a dedicated web host that is well worth looking into for any experienced web masters that finds themselves in need of an affordable and reliable hosting service. Established in the early days of 1999, ServerPronto has become a web masters dream offering dedicated hosting services with prices starting at just $29.95 per month. Thats not to say it is for everyone, it is clearly designed for the more experienced, amatures such as myself should stick with either a free site or seek shared hosting that may cater to helping us set up our sites. ServerPronto offers hosting with either Windows or Linux based servers and a variety of packages that suit the needs of almost any experienced web masters. Customer support is available 24 / 7 through phone, email, and live chat with a professional group of workers ready to answer even the most complicated of questions around the clock. ServerPronto has been described as being one of the best dedicated web hosts in the business and from what I have read about them already, they seem to be the full package at the best value. As for me, I will be sticking with my free site for now, however if I were to be running an e-store or even a game server, I believe fully that I would do two things, the first would be to hire an expert web master to assist me, the second would be to sign up for dedicated hosting through http://www.mybestratedwebhosting.com/web-hosting-reviews/serverpronto-reviews.html

Bad Credit Stopping You From Getting a Credit Card?

bad credit credit cards is a site that helps those with bad credit obtain credit cards by linking users to ten of the top credit card providers that cater to people that have bad credit. For some people that have bad credit, it is really through no fault of their own in the sense that they may have faced unseen circumstance that brought about the bad credit and are now just doing all they can, sometimes years later, to improve their credit scores. One thing that will improve your score is having available credit in the form of a revolving account (credit card). Obtaining one is not always easy though so if you do get approved, I highly recommend keeping your balance paid in full every month and only using the card when you can honestly say it is for something you need and you have cash on hand to pay the bill as soon as it comes in. The road back to good credit is long and not always easy but it can be done when you use common sense with your spending habits.

Frugality At It's Best

I was just over at Sense To Save and wanted to share this wonderful blog with everyone in the blogosphere. This blog takes frugality very seriously and the author sets a fine example by not only offering tips on how to be more frugal with you spending but also by donating items she can not personally use to others that can. I commend her for this as we all know free is my favorite flavor. Whether it's learning the truth behind generic product buying or how to make money by selling your unwanted items at yard sales, her posts are always informative and well worth the read.

Need Help Avoiding Bankruptcy?

As I sit back and watch the value of the American Dollar drop and see how the real estate market has taken a severe nose dive, I can't help but think how lucky I am. Well, I'm not even sure if "lucky" is the word to be used. I, like many Americans, have debt but unlike many Americans, I have learned that as we grow up and are taught to pay yourself first, we are actually being given the most sound financial advice anyone could ever receive. It doesn't matter if you stash away ten dollars a week or a hundred, the fact of the matter is that we can not predict the future as far as inflation, loss of job, injuries, illnesses, and the list goes on and on. By building a nest egg we can however allow some cushion for our fall in case we need it. The bigger nest egg you build the more cushion you have for hard times. So many do not stash any money away and inevitably find themselves facing bankruptcy. IVA is a site that specializes in debt management and helping these people to avoid bankruptcy and even how to avoid debt altogether. If you are one of the many that could benefit from such a service or if you just know someone else that could, don't you think it would be worth a few minutes of your time to stop into their site and see if they can help you?

Buy Pearls Online From Tahiti Pearl

Valentines day may have come and gone but there are still many other occasions to show that special someone that you love them. It can be for a wedding, anniversary, birthday, high school graduation, or even just plain old Saint Patrick's Day. There are also just as many ways to show that you care as their are occasions to show it. You could buy a card (boring, unless you add money inside of it), buy roses(as if that hasn't been done to death already), ignore the occasion altogether(sure to land you in the doghouse), or the ever tried and still working, buy jewelry. Once you decide to buy jewelry, there are still a host of options available, everything ranging from watches to earrings to bracelets to rings (you get the point). Seems as if everyone buys either diamonds or gold so if you are really trying to impress (and stay out of that doghouse) I suggest you check out http://www.thepearlsource.comfor their very nice selection of pearls any woman is sure to love. You will find great discounted prices as well as quality so good they even back your purchase up with a 30 day guarantee. Whats not to love about that? Oh and if you do buy them as a Saint Patrick's day present, they are guaranteed not to turn your significant others neck green.

Conspiracy Theories

I have to say that although I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist, this next site did bring up many valid questions surrounding everything from aliens to the JFK assassination. I found the blog to be well written with lots of pictures to back up their posts. I am not an expert and can not possibly validate the authenticity of the photos, however even if much of this was just one persons over the edge views, it was still interesting reading so whenever you find yourself either bored or being followed by the men in black, why not stop in at The Conspiracy Zone and spend a little time?

Fight For The Money You Deserve

Have you ever been injured on the job due to no fault of your own? Maybe you have been in a car accident that placed you out of work and facing very large medical bills? Maybe you have an illness associated with someone elses carelessness that prevents you from living a normal life without pain, discomfort, or undue stress? The fact of the matter is there are tens of thousands of people in similar situations each year so where do you turn when large corporations or insurance companies try to get over on you without paying what you rightfully deserve? You could check out the Personal Injury specialists. They work in such a way that allows them to collect no fees from you unless they win your case. It is time more people stood up for themselves, said enough is enough, and made someone be held responsible for whatever situation they now find themselves in. Not everyone will have a good rock solid case but that can be decided with a free consultation where only those that do will be advised to proceed forward. If you or anyone you know has found themselves unable to work due to any of the above listed circumstances, I urge you to check out the Personal Injury specialists today.

From Working Class to Millionaire in Just Ten Years

I first heard of Millionaire Mommy Next Door from another blogger that suggested I check out her site. What I found when I did really impressed me. This blog is written by a woman that successfully achieved financial freedom and millionaire status in just ten years. She readily offers sound financial advice to her readers and explains her personal decisions that have led to her success. She has even appeared on the Montel Williams show. How did she do all this when others seem to struggle to simply pay the bills? She tells her story for all to read here. Not everyone that reads her blog will achieve even half of what she has but by following her example, we all have a better chance. I highly recommend heading over to Millionaire Mommy Next Door right now and seeing what changes you can take in your life to achieve your goals.

Gulf Oysters

Readers that love seafood, particularly oysters, can go to http://beoysteraware.com/ and read all about the post harvest process. This site can offer so much useful information on how to protect yourself from the dangers associated with eating raw oysters and is a must read for anyone that truly loves oysters. Gulf oysters are delicious, especially in hot sauce but can also be dangerous to people with diabetes, liver disease, or a weak immune system. I urge anyone that eats oysters to view this site and see if they fall into any of the at risk groups that should be avoiding raw oysters. The first time I had oysters was as a young boy and was done on a bet, since that time I have loved the taste but am now re-evaluating how I want mine prepared thanks to the really great information found at Gulf oysters .

Help Me Pick a New Cell Phone Provider

For what feels like forever now I have been using Virgin Mobile Pre-Paid and I am finally over always having to go out and buy top-up cards. To be honest, I don't know too much about the different cell phone providers so I am bringing my problem to the blogosphere to help me solve. I need a cell phone and carrier that offers me the following :

1. must have a camera

2. must have blue tooth technology

3. must get a signal without me having to stand on one foot, finger touching my nose, sticking my tongue out,and reciting the alphabet...backwards!

4.must offer a lot(if not unlimited) minutes at a great price, same with texting.

I have been advised by several people to use Nextel only to have others tell me how much it sucked for them. Alltel seems to be another provider a certain someone is recommending to me but once again I hear horror stories. Since I obviously can not make up my own mind, I welcome any advice...both about what service is good as well as what service to avoid.

A Competent Sales Team - A Vital Ingrediant to Any Business

As I am a small business owner, I remember the early days when my company was just starting. I was working incredibly long hours between finding the next customer, making contact, structuring the deal, doing the job itself and then coming home to fill out and submit invoices to insure that myself and my then only part time worker got paid in a timely manner. I truly know my business from the ground up because I have at one time or another done every job in my company and carried every title. Sure I was the company owner but I was also the President / CEO, I handled the accounting, I was the only salesperson, and when needed I was nothing more than a laborer working right along side my employees( which I still do almost daily). Time has seen my business grow nicely and with more work I soon realized I can not possibly do everything myself so when it was time to renew my business license this year, I chose to also hire an accountant as well as a few commission based salespersons to relieve some of my workload. That alone was like seeing freedom for the first time in forever. My sales team has been a success in bringing me new customers and I fully believe that I could have earned so much more profit last year had I only hired them earlier on. I was lucky enough to get a good sales team but many businesses are not and may need to have their sales persons attend some sort of Sales Training, that is where http://www.as-sa.co.uk/ comes in at, they even offer an online academy that is bound to have your sales team performing at a higher standard in record time. I would recommend any small business looking to grow check them out and see what they can do for you.

Do You Need a Business Plan?

I would like to start off this post by saying that another busy week at work has kept me away from the computer but I am now back with a few minutes to do some free blog reviews. I Stumbled upon 99 Bloggers Community Blog today and checked out their article on 10 Critical Steps to Writing a Business Plan. Although I have a business that is expanding faster than I had imagined, I have never really taken time to write a business plan. This does not mean that I would recommend not writing one to any person that is interested in starting their own business,on the contrary, I highly recommend writing one. Business Plans give you something to focus on and give potential investors an idea that your start-up has been well thought out. Nobody wants to invest in an idea no matter how good without first knowing how they will be able to see a return on that investment. Getting back to the review, the article was well written and brought out some good points. The site has an overall simple design that is easy on the eyes and no problem to navigate. The site is a community project of sorts where the community acts as a large group of posters. I found this idea to be nice as you never know what the next post will be pertaining to. To join the 99 Bloggers Community Blog simply click here and follow instructions.

Prescription Drugs Online

With the rising cost of health care and the rising efficiency of internet shopping it was bound to happen. You can now shop for your medications or simply order your refills from an online pharmacy . I now there are skeptics out there however edrugstore.md is leading the way into a new era where life becomes simpler, more convenient, and less expensive all at the same time. All the medications dispensed through the site are FDA approved and they are all name brand. They have been around for 8 years now and do not carry generics at all. The site also offers free medical consultations and as if that weren't enough already, they also offer quick shipping as they know their customers need to be taking their medications and not simply waiting for them to arrive. Customers that are ordering refills are given a 20 dollar discount off retail price as well. They also offer a toll free number and 24 hour support 7 days a week for customers that have special needs or questions. That is an amazing benefit in itself, just try calling your local pharmacy and getting a question answered at 2 a.m. if you don't believe me. Being able to boast the lowest online prices for medications is another of the benefits to buying your medications from this site.

Let Your Voice Be Heard

If you are tired of politicians doing as they please without even giving you a chance to voice an opinion, have I got the site for you. Congressratings.com allows users to rate their congressman and women as well as other world leaders. You can see where your congressman or congresswoman stands in the eyes of others and how they fare against their peers. This is your chance to let the worlds leaders know what you think, it is no guarantee that they will do things differently but at least you can say you tried. I found this site to be both useful and informative and recommend anyone with an opinion, and that should be everyone, head on over and check them out.

Wikinvest: a new investing research portal!

I was just over at Wikinvest.com and was amazed by all the information available for various companies. For instance, if I were to mention the term gameboy , most of you would instantly associate it with the company that produced it and now produces the Wii, Nintendo, yet how many of us know that Nintendo was formed 118 years ago to sell playing cards? I did not set out to do research on Nintendo but I did discover many interesting things that I may or may not see posed as questions some day when playing Trivial Pursuit with family or friends. The Nintendo Wii was able to outsell its competition, the Sony Playstation 3 by a margin of four to one around the world, thats pretty impressive even for a company that brought such great games as The Legend of Zelda series, Mario Brothers, and Donkey Kong into our homes to be not only played but immortalized in gaming history. In June of this last year, Nintendo's stock price had the company valued at about 53 Billion dollars. The Japanese company's name even translates into "the company that leaves to heaven" and although I'm not sure if even they can achieve such heights, they are certainly more than a few rungs up the ladder of success with every indication of continuing the climb to the top.

Congratulations

I would like to congratulate Lynda Lippin of Pilates and Reiki in Paradise for accepting my challenge to post a counter argument on the benefits of business ownership. I just finished reading over her post and found it well thought out and written from the perspective of a person that had been there and done that. I found her blog filled with many interesting posts having to do with with things that pertained to a wide spectrum of subjects and this really surprised me because when I saw the word Pilates in the header, my first thought was "and what do I know about that? What make me qualified to even pretend to know anything at all about pilates?" Once I saw the titles of some of her posts I realized this blog could be enjoyed by anyone. In her counter argument, Linda laid out a very good description of what business ownership can be like, long days that never seem to end and constant stress to go find your next customer. I too suffered through that aspect during the first year of my business but somewhere along the way I managed to succeed in developing a goal oriented group of team players and while I am still dealing with some rather stressful days, I am finding these fewer and farther between. In short, my whole reason for issuing this challenge was because as a small business owner that succeeded, I know how rare it is to make it your first 6 months for new businesses, much less your first year, yet if you read most blogs out that choose to deal with this issue, you should all run out and quit your jobs today, start a business and live happier and wealthier ever after. I wanted readers to get a better perspective of what business ownership truly entails and I believe Lynda did a great job explaining 22 Reasons Why Owning Your Own Business Can Stink. I urge any future entrepreneurs to check it out before quitting their day jobs.

A Romantic Vacation Remembered

Years ago, when I had first gotten married, I was in the Marine Corps and unable to take an extended leave for a honeymoon. My wife was very understanding as to the situation and was happy to settle for a weekend visit to Atlanta,Georgia. She had always wanted to visit Atlanta with all of the history of the city. We booked our flight and arrived, rented a car and went to the hotel. Our days were spent at Six Flags over Atlanta riding the rides and just enjoying married life. We ate at some of the really great restaurants Atlanta had to offer. This may have not been our dream vacation to Hawaii but in it's own way Atlanta was just as special and romantic. If you have never been to Atlanta I would highly recommend it. There are so many things to do in Atlanta that it can be an experience you will treasure the rest of your life. Trusted Tours & Attractions can offer you information on lots of vacation ideas and by signing up for their newsletter right now , you can become eligible to win a Canon PowerShot digital camera. After looking at their site just now, I may have to schedule a second honeymoon in Atlanta for this Summer, there seems to be even more available to see and do now than there was in 1993 and although I'm sure there isn't, Trusted Tours & Attractions sure makes it seem that way by pinpointing all the best things on my agenda.

Benefits of Business Ownership

I just Stumbled Upon Zen Problog and read a very interesting post on 22 Benefits Of Owning A Business(And Why You Should Do It) . This post presented some very good and true statements as to the benefits, however I feel as a business owner myself that there are an equal number of disadvantages to being the boss as well. I would like to see some blogger out there offer a counter post on this topic, any takers? I would be more than happy to review the first blog that presents me with a post countering this one. The post must be presented in the comments section of this post and must present at least 22 disadvantages. I will only review the first blogger that posts a link for me to check out their argument in the comments so if you are wanting a free blog review...GO! My review will be posted within 24 hours of receiving the link. Good Luck to any blogger that wishes to participate.

Speed Up Your Broadband

Win $500 from Business Blogger

Thats right, Business Blogger is giving away a cool $500 and a BFG NVIDIA Graphics Card and as we all know, free is my favorite flavor. Why else would I give free blog reviews to the blogosphere? This contest is amazingly easy to enter. All a reader must do is provide a link to the contest itself as I have done above, another link to Business + Directory, and finally post length must be 250 words.
I have seen a lot of contests but this one has some truly amazing prizes and all coming from a blog that is a pleasure to read anyway. This contest is supposed to span the entire month of February so there is really no excuse for not taking the time needed to write a post, enter the contest, and try to walk away from it all $500 richer after being paid through PayPal. The runner up will be the receiver of the BFG NVIDIA Graphics Card so in all there will be two winners from one contest. How sweet is that? Even if you do not get lucky enough to be one of the winners, even if you decide you do not have time to write the required 250 word post, I still urge you to check out this blog as it is just that awesome, from the easy on the eyes template to the very interesting posts this blog is a diamond in the rough just waiting for you to discover it. I myself a going to be subscribing to the RSS feed so I will be sure to catch all future posts coming out of Business Blogger. Remember this contest expires at the end of February so start writing your entry post and good luck to everyone, especially me :-)

Something to Laugh About

Every now and then we all just need a good laugh to break up the monotony. Today was like that for me, after an excessively busy week for business (always a good thing) I was looking forward to finally getting back to blog reviews. Makes You Laugh brought some much needed humor into my day. I found this site amusing whether I was reading jokes or simply watching videos of the Super Bowl commercials. This blog is nicely done and I will be bookmarking it for future laughs.

Teen Parents

While I DO NOT recommend anyone having children at a young age, reading the blog Parent Life really surprised me. Andy and Nikki are young parents to Ethan and just reading their posts makes a person realize that even though most young people are in no way, shape, or form ready for parenthood, here are two that actually have a chance at doing things right. Covering such topics as child safety seats and the dangers of smoking, this blog hardly seems to be written by teens. I wish them all the luck in the world raising Ethan but if their blog is any indication, I am sure they will do just fine.

Tennis Wallpapers

Readers that are interested in tennis should go check out topSPINme where there are many tennis themed wallpapers available. I myself am not into tennis but I know some of my readers may be so if you are, this is a site that is worth a look.
