I was bouncing around looking for the next site to review when I came upon this. To say I was shocked would have been under stating the obvious. Should I be flattered ? I calmly left a comment for the owner, nothing impolite. In fact I actually wished him the best of luck in the niche. As I post this I am still kind of in shock. I would like to ask my readers how they would handle this situation.

I am about as surprised as you probably. This is the first time I have seen this site also. If you knew how many times I tried to come up with a name for that site you would laugh even more. I think that every name someone could think of is taken. But no harm intended I can promise you that. And just for polite comment I am going to do a review of your site on my blog. Thanks

LOL, You are giving him a link and traffic! I think the term is "general" enough that it can be shared. With that said, I might be upset if someone used my name.
Well the writer on the other blog did state in relation to the name similarity and whether it was deliberate, "This was neither and actually I am glad there is another site out there with the same idea."
So I guess if anything, the writer is saying that the use of the name was by mistake and that it's actually a compliment since you both share a common interest.
